AT&T Revision 10/25/02

Offering AT&T Internet service

For members of the Harvard community who are away from campus -- AT&T offers flexible Internet service with reduced prices for the Harvard community.
Harvard negotiated this offering with AT&T after a work group of IT managers from the schools and University Information Systems (UIS) had evaluated many different ISP offerings. AT&T was chosen based on criteria that included:

  • Quality of online service
  • Availability of local access numbers in the U.S. and internationally
  • Price
  • Customer support
