Who We Are

Technology Services is a computer sales and service organization at Harvard servicing the Harvard faculty, students, staff and affiliated institutions. Harvard's Technology Services group manages vendor partnerships including Apple, IBM and Lenovo, and GovConnection on behalf of the University. Partnerships with these vendors provide great savings on computers, peripherals and accessories exclusive to Harvard students, faculty and staff. Apple computers are inventoried and sold through Technology Services, IBM and Lenovo servers and PC’s are sold direct through IBM and Lenovo and peripherals, accessories and other technology products are available direct through GovConnection. Repair Services

Technology Services is an authorized service provider for in-warranty and out-of-warranty hardware including Apple, IBM and Lenovo computers and HP laser printers. Repair Services technicians are A+ certified and are available to assist you at two locations on campus, one conveniently located in the Science Center, One Oxford St. and the other at 219 Western Avenue in Allston (near Harvard Stadium - parking available).

Computer Product and Repair Center

The Computer Product & Repair Center is an interactive technology and sales center for Harvard students, faculty and staff. Located in Science Center B11, the Center features a selection of the latest desktop and laptop technology from Apple and Lenovo and serves as a place where students, faculty and staff can stop by for hands on demonstrations of the computers and consult with staff before making a purchasing decision. A selection of iPods, software, carry cases and other computer accessories are now available for sale over-the-counter at the Computer Product & Repair Center. Stop by to see the selection today!

The walk-in hardware repair service center is staffed with A+ certified technicians. Our hardware repair services group offers in-warranty service under the manufacturer's agreement and out-of warranty service for a fee.
